Miswa soup

I cooked tomorrow’s night dinner tonight. My favorite filipino soup is Miswa. It’s cost under $10.00 to make. It will be dinner for tomorrow and Thursday. Miswa soup is made with ground pork and miswa noodles of course.

Here’s my mom’s recipe:

Miswa recipe

1 large garlic clove

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 egg

salt & pepper to taste

1 large tomato, chopped

1 onion chopped

1 clove garlic chopped

miswa noodles

mix the first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl. boil water in a pot. make1 meatball & cook it. taste to make sure it has enough salt & pepper. add more salt to meat if needed.

continue dropping the meatballs in the boiling water. put the garlic, onions & tomatoes in a small and microwave for 2 minutes. press the tomatoes, add to the meatballs & season

soup with salt & pepper. when cooked, add your noodles

Miswa noodles are available at t & t supermarket for $1.49
