Miswa soup

I am precooking dinner tonight for tomorrow nights dinner. My favorite Filipino soup is miswa soup. I don’t usually cook because my hubby is the one who cooks mostly.

Here’s my mom’s miswa recipe:

1-1 1/2 lbs ground pork (if you don’t eat pork sub with ground chicken)

1 large garlic clove

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 egg

salt & pepper to taste

1 large tomato, chopped

1 onion chopped

1 clove garlic chopped

miswa noodles

mix the first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl. boil water in a pot. make1 meatball & cook it. taste to make sure it has enough salt & pepper. add more salt to meat if needed.

continue dropping the meatballs in the boiling water. put the garlic, onions & tomatoes in a small and microwave for 2 minutes. press the tomatoes, add to the meatballs & season

soup with salt & pepper. when cooked, add your noodles
